Invotec Group Ltd, the leading European PCB manufacturer to the aerospace and defence industries, is delighted to announce that it has won a Bronze Award from its client MBDA Missile Systems for commendable levels of achievement against MBDA performance and excellence expectations for 2012.
In order to identify and recognise its best-performing suppliers, MBDA has introduced a new a Supplier Recognition Process based on five key criteria – Delivery, Quality, Commercial, Technical (including Innovation) and Supply Chain Management – across all of which Invotec scored highly.
The award was accepted on behalf of Invotec Group by Managing Director Tim Tatton who commented: “Receiving this award is particularly gratifying for us as it recognises the commitment we have to working closely with MBDA and aligning our operations to their business needs. It also reflects the achievements we have made in the Supply Chains for the 21st Century (SC21) programme which is designed to improve supply chain performance within the UK aerospace, defence, security and space industries.”
